Martian Manhunter (speaking in Superman's mind): Hello Kal. I saw you come in. Are you well?
Superman: I'm fine, thank you.
Martian Manhunter (speaking in Superman's mind): You are bleeding.
Superman: I'm fine. Look...could you talk out loud, please?
Martian Manhunter (speaking in Superman's mind): I apologize. Speaking is uncomfortable for me. Would you rather I change my appearance too?
